Mediamaker Add-ons
The External module permits viewers to upload video’s to MediaMaker via an FTP-address. This would provide more stability than the upload through a web interface, which is especially preferable when the videos to be uploaded is more than 1 GB or if the customer uses a slow network connection.
In addition, it makes it possible to give FTP-access to external partners and content providers which then can easily deliver videos for MediaMaker without needing a login. The videos will automatically be imported to MediaMaker after uploading to FTP, and converted to the video format used in the player.
