Web-tv is one of VG’s biggest successes, where they have managed to create web-tv series that have become extremely popular in Norway. The tremendous success they have had with web-tv has lead to the establishment of VGTV, VG’s own tv channel. @OlaStenberg Ola has a BA in journalism and has been working in various departments at VG.no. For instance he has worked as a journalist and video journalist for VG.no, Project manager sports and VGTV, Head of Entertainment for VGTV, and now he works as the Editorial manager for VGTV. In addition to being part of defining the direction of VGTVs editorial line, Ola has been involved in the development of several of VGTV’s many Web-TV series, both in house and external Web-TV series. Jacob is Head of Web-TV for the award winning media, Jyllands-Posten and a member of the editorial management at Morgenavisen Jyllands Posten. Since Jacob joined Jyllands-Posten in 2006 their number of web-tv-views increased heavily. From approx. 300.000 a month in December 2006 to 2,6 million a month in December 2010. JPtv is now among the largest on the market, and JPs web-tv has evolved into a business with revenue of more than 1 million Danish kroner a year. He is currently the director of multimedia for TIME.com and TIME’s digital platforms, where he oversees video, audio and multimedia content. He has held this post since July 2008. @frooode Frode has a Master in Marketing Science from BI, Norway and Leeds Metropolitan University. He has worked with internet related products since 1995, including companies like, Get, Telenor and Filmweb. Even though Frode is an economist, he is also a "wannabe geek" who’s addicted to technology and gadgets. As marketing manager for Filmweb, Frode is responsible for business development, sales and marketing. Filmweb runs the popular website filmweb.no which has over 1 million unique users per month. Jørgen Larsen will talk about how SBS use and work with social media strategies and their future strategies to increase traffic and users and to monetizing from online video. Jørgen was responsible for the lauch and development of nutv.dk, SBS’s VOD web-tv channel, offering movies, more than 1000 tv episodes, live sports e.g. Spanish soccer and Danish Tourningscar Championship.
